SH 16, TxDOT

NLA is the public involvement lead for a project to upgrade SH 16 to a 5-lane urban arterial from Old San Antonio Road to Robindale East in Bandera County.  The project includes expanding the existing road to four lanes with a continuous two way left turn lane, raised median, bike accommodations, curbs, sidewalks, and drainage improvements.

 NLA responsibilities include:

• Project contact database creation and maintenance
• Meetings with Affected Property Owners

• • Logistics (venue, scheduling and staffing)

  • Materials (sign-in sheets, handouts, agenda)
  • Summary report and documentation

• Public Meeting/Open House

  • Notifications (invitations, elected official letters, property owner letters, display ads, flyers)
  • Meeting materials (handouts, exhibit boards, sign-in sheets, comments forms)
  • Public Meeting Summary Report (including comment responses)
